Returns policy on Easy Buy Device with courier delivery

If you’ve ordered an Easy Buy Device (‘the Device’) with a Pay Monthly Mobile Plan online with courier delivery, this policy tells you:

  • How you’ll receive the Device ordered online with courier delivery (the “Device”)
  • About our 14-day returns policy;
  • How to return the Device

Our returns policy gives you 14 days to change or return your Easy Buy device when ordered online with courier delivery and that the 14-day period begins from the day when you receive our Device.

    1. How do I return the Device within 14 days? What if I’ve damaged it?

If you have purchased your Device online with courier delivery, please return the Device to one of our retail stores together with proof of purchase, and our retail representatives will be able to help you.

All Devices must be in a like-new condition (this includes, where applicable, the mobile device, charger, headphones, battery, instructions, and other products that came with your order). You must also return any other free or promotional products that you received with your order (for example, free headphones, phone cases, etc.) if you cancel within the first 14 days. Make sure that you remove any accessories that didn’t come with the Device.

Like-new condition means:

      • The Device must be fully functional;
      • There must be no damage such as cracks, chips or visible signs of wear and tear. Check that your item is undamaged (i.e. there are no cracks, chips or visible signs of wear and tear)
      • The Device must be returned in its original packaging.
      • The Device must be reset to its factory settings

In the event that you wish to exchange a Device for a lower-value device, we will refund the difference in costs. If the exchange results in a higher value device being purchased, the difference in such cost will need to be paid by you via a one-off payment to us.  A new 14-day cooling-off period does not apply for the exchanged Device.

We may not accept the return of Device due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed by you after delivery; if it is, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items; or if it has any missing parts, such as an accessory, a charger, a battery, or any similar item, including the original packaging.

How do I disable a product’s security feature before I return it?

You must remove any security and other protective features (such as Find my iPhone) that prevent us from accessing the Device.

If an Apple mobile Device is running iOS 7 or later, we won’t be able to give you a refund unless you’ve deactivated the ‘Find my iPhone’ feature.

It is your responsibility to wipe any personal data from the Device.  You hereby exempt GO from any liability and indemnify and shall forever hold GO and any third party harmless from any claim related to any personal data left on the Device, or any access or use thereof. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your personal data, such as photos, videos, and contacts are saved on another device, should you wish to keep them.
