These terms and conditions were last updated on 24th June 2020.

1. This Offer is owned and operated by GO p.l.c. (‘GO’).
2. Access to the benefits of this Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions in conjunction with the Freedom Plan Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions. By using this facility, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not make use of this Offer.
3. The Offer is applicable from 24th June 2020 till 15th July 2020 both dates inclusive.
4. This Offer is valid only to new Freedom Plan mobile customers who during the Offer validity period as specified in Clause 3 above, satisfy any of the conditions laid out below:
   1. As new mobile customers, join GO directly on a Freedom Plan; or
   2. As existing GO customers on any other GO prepaid or GO post-paid tariff plan, migrate their current tariff plan to a Freedom Plan.
5. Customers fulfilling any of the scenarios indicated in Clause 4 above and subscribing to any of the Freedom Plans will
   benefit from a discount equivalent to 3 months of the monthly fee.
6. To benefit from this Offer, customers need to subscribe to any Freedom Plan for a minimum term of twenty four (24)
   months (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Term’) and bind themselves to pay the monthly access fee via Direct Debate Mandate.
7. The prices quoted above are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of Excise Tax and, as stated earlier, are those applicable when paying via Direct Debit Mandate.
8. GO reserves the right to stop any benefit resulting from deliberate abuse and/or misuse of this offer.
9. GO reserves the right at any time to modify the terms and conditions and modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Offer (or any part thereof) at any time by giving immediate notice to the public via the GO website (www.go.com.mt).
