These terms and conditions were last updated in July 2026.

1. This Offer is owned and operated by GO p.l.c. (‘GO’).

2. Access to the benefits of this Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions in conjunction with the Freedom Plus Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions. By availing yourself of this Offer, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not make use of this Offer.

3. The Offer is applicable from 22nd July 2026 till 31st October 2026 both dates inclusive.

4. This Offer is valid only to customers new to the Freedom Plus tariff (hereunder referred to as the “Tariff”) who
subscribe to the tariff on a 24 Month agreement and are eligible and subscribed to the “Freedom Plus Youth
Discount” during the Offer validity period as specified in Clause 3 above.

5. Customers meeting the criteria indicated in Clause 4 above will benefit from:

a) A discount of €19.97 from the total price of the Freedom Plus tariff for the first six (6) months from date of
tariff activation to effectively ensure the first 6 months are free.

b) In addition, if a customer is not benefitting from a Home Pack Community Discount, an additional €5
discount will be applied to cover the first 6 months of Freedom Plus Tariff Price.

c) Should the customer start benefitting from the Home Pack Community discount within the first 6 months of
the tariff activation, GO reserves the right to remove this additional discount mentioned in clause 5.b from
your account.

6. The prices quoted above are inclusive of VAT, exclusive of Excise Tax and Direct Debit mandate fee .

7. GO reserves the right to stop any benefit resulting from deliberate abuse and/or misuse of this offer.

8. GO reserves the right at any time to modify the terms and conditions and modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or
permanently, the Offer (or any part thereof) at any time by giving thirty (30) days’ written notice.
