Pay Monthly Voice Add on Bundle to Any Local Network

2.   Access to the benefits of this product is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using this facility, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not make use of this product.

3.   This product is available only for Pay Monthly mobile customers on Limitless One and Limitless Business Intraone and was effective as from 1st July 2015.

4.   Limitless One and Limitless Business Intraone Pay Monthly subscribers may purchase a recurring Voice Add-on Bundle to Any Local Network as an add-on:

5.   Customers may activate the Bundle by visiting a GO retail outlet

6.   Customers benefitting from this product will have their bundle decremented on a per minute basis.

7.   When the Voice Add-on Bundle to Any Local Network is totally consumed, calls made to non-GO mobile and fixed lines will be charged according to the Customer’s standard Limitless One and Limitless Business Intraone plan charges.

8.   The Voice Add-on Bundle to Any Local Network does not apply whilst roaming. The standard roaming charges for Pay Monthly apply. For further details on the roaming charges, please visit the roaming section on GO mobile’s website at

9.   Customers may at any time check the remaining balance of their Offer and the recurring Voice monthly bundles, by sending a blank SMS to 16415. This service is free of charge.

10. In cases where the customer already benefits from other allocated or purchased Voice bundles, the following is the order in which the various bundles will be consumed:

a.   Allocated Free 50 minutes to other networks bundle;

b.   Voice Add-on Bundle to any local network

11.  All charges deriving from these bundles include VAT but exclude Excise Tax, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

12.   GO processes personal data in line with the Data Protection Act (2001). Personal data provided to GO will be kept in confidence and processed in order to render and/or improve the service you have requested. Personal data shall not be transferred to any third party unless requested by you or permissible according to the law. You have the right to require access to your personal data as well as the right to rectify, or, in appropriate circumstances, erase any inaccurate, incomplete or immaterial personal data processed by GO.
