Access to the benefits of this Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions, in conjunction with the GO Play Junior tariff plan Terms and Conditions and GO’s General Terms and Conditions. By subscribing to this Offer, you are agreeing to all applicable terms, without modification. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not subscribe to this Offer. 

1. This Offer is referred to as the “Play Junior – 1 Year Exclusive Offer” and is available for a limited time. 

1. This Offer is applicable from 12th June 2025 till 31st July, unless otherwise communicated by GO. 

1. This offer is only valid to new customers subscribing for the first time to a 24-month (2-year) agreement on the GO Play Junior plan. 

1. Customers fulfilling the criteria in the above clause will benefit from the first 12 months (1st year) free of charge. This discount applies only to the standard monthly tariff of €9.99. The Direct Debit Mandate (DDM) charge, if applicable, is excluded from this offer and must still be paid by the customer. 

1. This Offer is only valid if the customer commits to a 24-month term. Standard pricing will resume from month 13 to month 24, at the applicable standard monthly tariff of €9.99/month. 

1. The prices quoted above are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of Excise Tax and, are those applicable when paying via Direct Debit Mandate. 

1. GO reserves the right to stop any benefit resulting from deliberate abuse and/or misuse of this offer. 

1. GO reserves the right at any time to modify the terms and conditions and modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Offer (or any part thereof) at any time by giving immediate notice to the public via the GO website (www.go.com.mt).
