1. Your Agreement

These terms and conditions are for a promotion and should be read in conjunction with the respective GO mobile tariff plans/bundles terms and conditions, the General terms and conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend, or otherwise alter this Promotion, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.

2. Eligibility

GO X XP Arcade/The Eden (the ‘Promotion’ or ‘Promo’) is a limited time promotion made available by Us.

Eligible GO subscribers will receive a one time as well as recuring Promo codes every calendar month throughout the duration of this promotion.

The Promotion is available to customers which are subscribed to the Freedom Plus Tariff and customers eligible to the Free Internet for Students’ Voucher Scheme provided by the Government of Malta, and have agreed to share their mobile number to receive the promo codes via SMS and subscribe to one of the below Tariffs:

• Students Unlimited Data Bundle
• Home Pack Internet Boost on a 24 month commitment
• Home Pack Internet Giga on a 24 month commitment
• Plug N GO 400GB Internet on a 24 month commitment

3. Offer Details

The Promotion consists of four benefits:

• • One-Time Offer – Double Arcade Credit: Top up €25 at XP Arcade and receive €50 worth of credits (500 standard credits + 50 bonus credits).
  • Eden Cinemas: 10% off Popcorn, Nachos and drinks from Eden Cinemas Bar.
  • X-Cube (Escape Room): 25% off a 60-minute session.
    • Applicable on visits occurring on Monday – Thursday (all Day)
    • Up-to 2 participants can benefit. For groups of more than 2 participants – first 2 participants will benefit from 25% off and the other participants will pay full price.
    • GO App Card must be presented to front desk to benefit
  • Delta Strike (Laser Tag): Buy one session, get one session free
    • Applicable on visits occurring on Monday – Thursday (All Day)
    • Up-to 4 participants can benefit. For groups of more than 4 participants – first 4 participants will benefit from the second free session, and the other participants will pay full price.
    • The Second session must be redeemed during the same visit.
    • GO App Card must be presented to front desk to benefit

4. Redemption and Limitations

• In relation to the Double Arcade Credit Benefit, eligible customers will receive one or more unique codes via SMS from GO. These codes must be presented at The Eden front desk or designated redemption booth to redeem the offers.
• Customers will be asked to show their active GO profile on their mobile device to validate their eligibility. Screenshots of codes will not be accepted.
• Benefits must be redeemed in person at XP Arcade or Cinema and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for any other activity at the venue.
• Offers are subject to availability, with Eden reserving the right to manage redemption volumes per session/day where necessary.
• The Double Arcade Credit code is valid for a single use only. Customers subscribed to the Free Internet for Students’ Voucher Scheme must redeem within 13 months from 14th June 2025.
• These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
• GO reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, GO’s decision shall be final.
