1. Your Agreement

These terms and conditions are for a promotion and should be read in conjunction with the respective GO mobile tariff plans/bundles terms and conditions, the General terms and conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend, or otherwise alter this Promotion, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.

2. Eligibility

GO X XP Arcade/The Eden (the ‘Promotion’ or ‘Promo’)is a limited time promotion made available by Us.

Eligible GO subscribers will receive a one time as well as recuring Promo codes every calendar month throughout the duration of this promotion.

The Promotion is available to customers which are eligible to the Free Internet for Students’ Voucher Scheme provided by the Government of Malta, and subscribe to one of the below Tariffs:

• Students Unlimited Data Bundle
• Home Pack Internet Boost on a 24 month commitment
• Home Pack Internet Giga on a 24 month commitment
• Plug N GO 400GB Internet on a 24 month commitment

3. Offer Details

The Promotion consists of two benefits:

• • One-Time Offer – Double Arcade Credit: Top up €25 at XP Arcade and receive €50 worth of credits (500 standard credits + 50 bonus credits).
  • Recurring Offer – 10% Discount on Arcade Top-Ups: Enjoy 10% off top-ups of €10, €25, €50, or €100 once per month, for 12 months.

4. Redemption and Limitations

• Eligible customers will receive one or more unique codes via SMS from GO. These codes must be presented at The Eden front desk or designated redemption booth to redeem the offers.
• Customers may be asked to show their active GO profile on their mobile device to validate their eligibility. Screenshots of codes will not be accepted.
• Codes must be redeemed in person at XP Arcade and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for any other activity at the venue.
• The Double Arcade Credit code is valid for a single use only and must be redeemed within 13 months from 14th June 2025.
• The 10% Discount code is valid once per calendar month for a period of 12 months, starting from the date the first code is issued.
• These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
• GO reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, GO’s decision shall be final.
