You can change your internet speed at any point during your 24-month subscription at no extra cost. All you need to do is fill in this form with your details, and we’ll take care of the rest.

If, for some reason, we are unable to change your internet speed, we will contact you and let you know accordingly.

That said, there are a couple of things to keep in mind:

• If you benefited from our 6 months free offer on GIGA or 3 months free offer on Super, you won’t be able to downgrade your speed during the contract period without incurring penalty charges.
• You can switch your speed multiple times during your contract, but you’re limited to one speed change (either an upgrade or a downgrade) every 3 months.
