These terms and conditions were last updated in April 2024.

1. Your Agreement
   1. These terms and conditions are for roaming add-on bundles and should be read in conjunction with the General terms and conditions, the Product terms and conditions, the Tariff terms and conditions, Schedule of Charges, and any other applicable terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail. These terms and conditions form an integral part of Your Agreement for the provision of the Service with Us.
   2. We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Offer, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.
2. Definitions
   1. Business’ means that the Premises where the Service is registered is used wholly:
   a. For business purposes;
   b. As non-governmental organisational Premises, if We decide in Our sole discretion to allow the said non-governmental organisations to benefit from this Business Tariff Plan.
3. The Offer
   1. The ‘Worldwide Monthly Pass’ (the ‘Offer’) is an offer made available on selected Business Plans provided by Us. This Offer is made available to You by signing an Agreement with Us
   2. This Offer is regulated by its terms and conditions. By subscribing to this Offer You are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions found in the Agreement. If You do not agree with any of these terms, You should not subscribe to or take-up this Offer.
   3. The Offer consists of the following:

4. Explanation of the Offer
   1. Bundle allowances: 500MB for data roaming. This bundle does not cover voice nor SMS.
   2. This bundle is applicable when roaming in any of these countries:
   3. Unless otherwise stated, all charges quoted in this document are exclusive of VAT.
   4. Normal roaming rates apply whilst roaming outside the countries applicable with this bundle.
   5. Customers acknowledge that any unutilised data usage shall be forfeited at the end of the month, and a new 500MB is re-allocated to you.
   6. Monthly Fee:
   a. The monthly fee stated in Clause C.3.a. and C.3.b applies as follows:
   i. The Offer Price applies for a duration of twenty-four (24) months from Agreement start date.
   ii. After the Offer period is elapsed, You will be charged the standard pay per use price monthly as listed in C.3.b
   7. Other Offer Information:
   a. If You are a new subscriber, the Offer applies when Your Application Form is accepted by Us.
   b. If You are an existing subscriber to the Bundled Plan the Offer starts from the moment You subscribe to the Offer and enter into a new 24-month mobile agreement as per applicability.
   c. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
   d. The bundle is not available whilst roaming at sea, maritime roaming charges shall apply. Also, if a call or SMS is made to any premium or satellite number whilst roaming, the standard premium and satellite rates shall apply.
5. Early Termination
   1. This is a 24-month Subscription. Early termination incurs a €50 early termination fee.
6. Other Important Terms
   1. This Offer is optional and You may stop this Offer at any time.
   2. In the event that You terminate Your Bundled Plan, You acknowledge and agree that You will no longer be eligible for this Offer and it will automatically cease.
   3. If You are already an existing customer subscribed to the Bundled Plan on the 24 Month Price Subscription option and this expires during the Offer period, You will have the right to sign-up again to a new 24 Month subscription on Your Bundled plan and continue to benefit from the monthly rate listed in C.3.a and C.3.b as applicable.
