Who is eligible for this pre-paid plan?
Both new and existing customers who are up to 27 years of age are eligible to apply for the Play plans, which are exclusively designed for youth. You do not need to be a student to apply.
How do I get Data Boom?
Data Boom is a feature of all GO Smart, Smart+ and Freedom mobile plans which automatically gives double the standard data tariff for anyone part of a Home Pack Community. You don't need to be the owner of a Home Pack to benefit as long as you are added as a Community member.
How can I sign up to the Play plan?
You can visit one of our outlets, where you will need to provide a document such as ID card / passport to verify your age. Alternatively, you can sign up by calling 80072121 if you are already registered with GO.
How can I purchase the DIS or Double DAT bundle?
After you've signed up for the Play plan (as described above), you can purchase the DIS and Double DAT bundles by sending a text with DIS or DoubleDAT to 16410, or get it through the GO App.
How can I manage my 5 friends and family members?
If you want to add a mobile number, you need to send an SMS containing A 79XXXXXX (where 79XXXXXX is the mobile number to be added) to 16419. After receiving a successful confirmation SMS, you can start benefitting from the free rewards. The free benefits will be available only after an eligible top-up is completed. If you want to change a mobile number, you need to send an SMS containing R 79XXXXXX (where 79XXXXXX is the mobile number to be removed) to 16419. After receiving a successful confirmation SMS, you can apply for another mobile number. Please note that there is a €2 charge when replacing a mobile number from your list of 5 friends and family members. If you want to receive a list of the registered preferred mobile numbers, you need to send an SMS containing L to 16419. You will receive an SMS with a list of the numbers chosen.’
