What can I do if I did not receive my bill?

If you usually receive your bills by post, but you didn’t receive it this month, you may want to check with the post office. The bill might have gotten lost in the mail on its way to your home.

On the other hand, if you usually receive e-mail notifications, but you didn’t receive this month’s, take a look at your inbox’s “Spam” or “Junk” folder.
