It’s super easy to top up your mobile service while roaming. You can also set up Auto Top-up just before you embark on your travels by logging into the GO app. In this manner, you can fully enjoy your time abroad without having to worry about topping up.
Whilst travelling, you can top up using our online channels, the GO app, MyGO or the GO website.
Before you go on your trip, it’s a good idea to check which mobile operator you can use while you’re in the country. Just visit our Travel page and search for the country you’re heading to.
To make sure you stay connected to a network while you’re there, manually choose one of the networks from the list. Simply go to your ‘Mobile network’ settings, switch to Manual, and select the operator you prefer.
If you’re travelling to the USA, please keep this in mind: AT&T has shut down their 2G and 3G mobile data networks since February 2022. This means you won’t be able to make or receive voice calls while roaming in the USA with them. To roam as usual, we recommend switching to T-Mobile upon your arrival in the USA.
