The mother, Cynthia, is thrifty to a fault, while the father, Ozzy, is a rocker at heart and the owner of an insurance company. Their three children include Marilyn, the eldest, Ivy, the fashionista and Harry, the youngest.

Marilyn is studying to become a lawyer, though he might need one himself soon. Ivy is supposed to work with her dad, but her attention is more on TikTok than on her tasks. Meanwhile, little Harry is obsessed with magic and constantly scheming with his grandfather, Elio — a self-proclaimed magic guru. Elio’s mysterious past and his old magical acquaintances continue to haunt him to this day.
