Mgħaref tal-Fidda is a unique gastronomic journey taking place across all 68 localities in Malta and Gozo. In each episode we shall be exploring two versions of a recipe, one prepared by a non-professional cook and the other created by an expert chef offering a refined interpretation of the same dish.

The programme shall be embellished by the participation of mayors, historians and experts in the field of gastronomy, history and culture.
