The eSIM is a 5 × 5 mm chip embedded in a smartphone, tablet, smartwatch or other device. It can work with or without a physical SIM card and if you already have a physical SIM card, your phone can turn into a dual SIM one with eSIM.
After ordering your mobile plan, we can discuss together whether having an eSIM is the right choice for you. To use this technology, you will need to have a device with a built-in SIM card which is GO eSIM compatible. If your smartphone is eSIM compatible, you will then receive a QR code to activate it.
Wondering whether your smartphone is eSIM compatible? To check, refer to your phone’s manufacturer website. If you’re still unsure, visit your nearest GO Outlet. We’ll be happy to help.
