You will be invited to meet one of the Leaders of your Team. Prepare as you would for a face-to-face interview, review the job duties one more time and make notes of the things that need more explanation.

We use a competency-based framework that helps us review the skills and traits people need to be successful in the role we are recruiting for.
Most questions replicate work scenarios. We’ll give you a situation and we want to hear what approach you took in real life.
We will also review your technical expertise and abilities and there is a chance you might undergo a technical assessment, in the form of an assignment. We will guide you all the way and we will support you if you need any help.
