The offer is available to all new customers, as well as existing Home Pack customers who are not already subscribed to our Giga plan. If you are an existing customer and would like to upgrade to our Giga offer, all you need to do is sign a new 24-month agreement.

Enjoying superfast 1000Mbps speeds when connected via Wi-Fi will depend on several factors, such as the placement and quantity of your Smart Wi-Fi beacons, as well as the layout of your home. These elements can influence the quality of your wireless connection.

The Mix & Match Home Pack enables you to create a bespoke package for your home that includes internet, as well as optional TV, landline and mobile. To give the Mix & Match Home Pack a go, you need to first apply for the service. To do so:

1. Head over to our Home Pack Wizard where you can customize your Mix & Match Home Pack to your liking.
2. Start off by entering your postcode to check the speed available in your area.
3. Follow the steps by either selecting the optional TV, landline and mobile or skip to view the order summary.
4. Once you have reviewed it, click on ‘Continue to checkout’.
5. Here, you’ll have to fill in the form with your details.
6. We will then contact you back to finalise the details of your order and set an appointment for your installation.

Remember that you can Try & Buy the Home Pack for the first 30 days and if you’re not satisfied, you can stop the service at no extra cost.

We’ll send you a notification when your agreement is nearing its end. If you wish to continue enjoying the benefits of our Giga plan after your initial 2-year agreement, all you have to do is sign a new agreement. By doing this, you can retain both the TV Stream and Smart Wi-Fi beacons. It’s a simple way to keep enjoying what you love!

The good news is that the GO Smart Wi-Fi beacons come as part of the Giga offer, so you won’t be charged an activation fee for them. However, if you’re subscribed to one of our other Home Packs, there is a €30 activation fee.
