This feature is only available on MyGO. If you do not have a MyGO account created, please follow these instructions.
1. Click on ‘Settings’ in the top menu
2. Click on ‘Manage billing accounts’ on the side menu on the left and select the account you wish to change (for confirmation, your bill number can be found at the top of the bill)
3. Scroll down and find the ‘Bill Delivery Settings’ section
4. Click on ‘Change address’ under the ‘Send me bills by email’
5. A pop-up will appear. Enter your preferred email address, where you will be receiving the bill notification once the bill is issued.
6. Make sure you scroll down and click on ‘Confirm changes’ at the bottom of the page. If this is not done, the changes are not saved and your bill delivery settings will remain by post
