How do I subscribe to e-billing online?

You can switch your bill delivery method from printed bills to e-billing by:
1. Filling in this form
2. Updating your settings from MyGO

To update your settings from MyGO:
1. Log into MyGO
2. Click on “Settings” from the top menu
3. Next, Click on “Manage billing account” from the left-side menu and then, the billing account you wish to update your bill delivery method on
4. Scroll down to “Bill Delivery Settings” and click on the “Change address” button within the “Send me bills by email” card
5. A pop-up will appear. There, you need to enter your preferred email address where you wish to start receiving the bill notification once the bill has been issued
6. Click on the “Confirm” button to save your email
7. Then, click on the “Confirm changes” button to save your change

Once you have gone through the above process, you will stop receiving printed bills and instead, you will begin receiving e-mail bill notifications on the email address you have provided starting from the following month.
