Yes, the one-time activation fee is partly refundable when you subscribe to Plug’n’GO and choose the no-commitment option. This fee is divided into two parts:

• €25: covers the one-time activation and is non-refundable
• €50: we understand that your internet needs may evolve, so if you decide to switch to another internet service with a 24-month subscription or need to terminate the service, we’ve got you covered. You’ll receive a €50 refund within 1 year from the subscription date of the service.
