My line is dropping mid-call. Why is this happening and what can I do?
There are usually two main reasons why your call may have dropped mid-conversation.
You are using a cordless telephone set and you’re too far from the base. If that’s the case, simply move closer.
Calls are set to disconnect after one hour so that you are not charged too much if, for example, you didn’t hang up properly. If you’ve been on a call for more than an hour, hang up and start the call again.
