How do I use mobile data on my Pay As You GO plan?

To connect to the internet your mobile requires an APN (Access Point Name). This can be set up manually by following these steps (the steps may differ from  phone-to-phone though are generally similar to the ones below):

– Go to the ‘Mobile Settings’.

– Go to ‘Mobile Network’.

– There, you should find an option that says ‘APN’ or ‘Access Point Name’. There should be an option to add a new APN.

– Write ‘GO’ as the name, and under the APN, enter “rtgsurfing”. Make sure this is all in lowercase and written as one word.

After you choose the APN you should be able to connect once mobile data is turned on and Wi-Fi is turned off. We suggest keeping mobile data switched off when not using it.
