If you have forgotten your password, you can click here, enter your email address and a new link is sent to that email address where you can enter a new password. From the GO app, you can click on ‘Forgot your password?’ where you can enter your email address and follow the same procedure as MyGO.
Changing your password can only be done through MyGO by:
1. Clicking on ‘Settings’ at the top menu
2. Clicking on ‘MyGO account settings’ on the side menu
3. Clicking on ‘Change password’, entering the old password and your new password and clicking on ‘Continue’
Make sure you follow the guidelines when entering the new password.
