Why am I not allowed to change my data roaming limit?

To be able to change the data roaming for your Pay monthly or Smart+ mobile number, you need to link the account number of that particular service since you need to be recognized as the billing account holder.

If you cannot see this option, you need to click on ‘Link GO accounts’ and follow the procedure. After you link the accounts successfully you will be able to change these settings. If you are not the account holder (signatory on the contract), contact the account holder to change these settings for you.
