1. This service is owned and operated by Mobisle Communication Ltd. (‘GO’)
  2. The 4.5G service became effective as from 25th July 2018.
  3. These terms and conditions apply to anyone subscribing to one of our services that provide access to 4G.
  4. These terms and conditions apply as part of your chosen tariff plan terms and conditions and as part of our general terms and conditions.
  5. Access to our 4.5G services is only available on selected tariff plans at no extra cost.  For all compatible tariffs you can visit
  6. This Service is regulated by its terms and conditions. By subscribing to this service You are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions found in the Agreement. If You do not agree to any of these terms, You should not subscribe to these Tariffs.
  7. Our 4.5G service will work on our existing 800Mhz and 1800MHz frequency bands.
  8. The 4.5G services will be available on the local network (in Malta) and will supported whilst roaming where available.
  9. To access our 4.5G service You will need a 4.5G enabled device, 4.5G tariff plan, 4.5G SIM card and You may need to carry out a software update on your phone where it does not have the software required to access 4.5G services.
  10. Once you have access to our 4.5G services, you will be able to access mobile internet data over our 4.5G network whenever you are in a 4.5G coverage area. When in non-4.5G areas You will still be able to access non-4.5G data over our other mobile data network/s as usual.
  11. If You have data allowance it will be used for all different types of mobile data and will not differentiate between the types of mobile data You are using.
  12. Mobile data speeds are subject to the below elements:
    1. technology supported on the network;
    2. device you are using;
    3. radio signal quality;
    4. network load.
