A. Your Agreement

1. These terms and conditions are for an offer and should be read in conjunction with the Bundle/Tariff Plan’s terms and conditions, the General terms and conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail. These terms and conditions form an integral part of Your Agreement for the provision of the Service with Us.
2. The Offer applicable to Your Agreement is specified in the Application Form. We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter this offer, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.

B. The Offer

1. The Offer consists of a €15 cash back on your first bill (the ‘Offer’) when signing up online for a new twenty-four month term on any of the below products during the Offer period:
1. Home Pack with Internet and TV ,
2. Home Pack with Internet,
3. Plug’n’GO Internet,
4. Freedom Mobile Plans.
2. This Offer is provided by GO p.l.c. (‘GO’)
3. This Offer is made available to You by signing a new 24 months Agreement with Us on the products mentioned in B1.
4. This Offer is regulated by its terms and conditions. By subscribing to this Offer You are agreeing to all the terms and conditions found in the Agreement. If You do not agree with any of these terms, You should not subscribe or take-up this Offer.

C. Explanation of the Offer
1. You may benefit from this Offer as from the 1st of June till the 14th June 2021.
2. Unless otherwise stated, all charges quoted in this document are inclusive of VAT.
3. You may benefit from the Offer only if You satisfy the conditions laid out below:
i. You sign up from Our website www.go.com.mt for any of the products listed in clause B.1 during the Offer period stated in Clause C 1.
ii. You are a new customer, an existing customer on a different tariff migrating onto Freedom Mobile Plan or an existing customer signing up for another 24-month agreement.
iii. You are a Residential customer.
iv. The service You subscribed to must be installed/activated by no later than 31st December 2022.
4. This Offer is available for a limited time period.
5. If you are currently bound by a contract from other operators, you may still be able to redeem the Offer upon joining GO as long as you submit your order through Our website www.go.com.mt from the 1st of June till the 14th of June 2021 subject to clause C3(iv). You will receive the Offer as a credit on your first bill when joining GO.
6. If any of the eligible products are not available at the time of the Offer redemption, you will be offered the closest alternative.
7. If you terminate your Agreement with GO during the Try & Buy period, the €15 Cash Back Online Offer shall no longer apply and shall become immediately refundable by You.
