These terms and conditions were last updated in April 2022.
A. Your Agreement
1. These terms and conditions are for an offer and should be read in conjunction with the General terms and conditions, the Product terms and conditions, the Bundle terms and conditions, the Tariff terms and conditions, Schedule of Charges, Smart Wi-Fi Terms and conditions, and any other applicable terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail. These terms and conditions form an integral part of Your Agreement for the provision of the Service with Us.
2. We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Offer, the applicable charges and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.
1. ‘Residential’ means that the Premises where the Service is installed are used wholly:
a. For residential purposes;
b. As non-governmental organisational Premises, if We decide in Our sole discretion to allow the said non-governmental organisations to benefit from the Residential Bundled Plan.
C. The Offer
1. The ‘Giga Internet Special Offer: €25 for the first 6 months’ (the ‘Offer’) is an offer made available on selected Residential Bundled Plans provided by Us. This Offer is made available to You by signing an Agreement with Us.
2. This Offer is regulated by its terms and conditions. By subscribing to this Offer You are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions found in the Agreement. If You do not agree with any of these terms, You should not subscribe to or take-up this Offer.
3. The Offer consists of the following:

D. Explanation of the Offer
1. Unless otherwise stated, all charges quoted in this document are inclusive of VAT.
2. Monthly Fee:
a. The monthly fee stated in Clause C.3.a. and C.3.b applies as follows:
i. The Offer Price applies for a duration of up to a maximum of six (6) months from Agreement start date. In the event that Your 24 month subscription expires during the Offer period and You do not sign-up to a new 24 month subscription, Your monthly fee for the remainder of the 6 month Offer period will change to C.3.b.
ii. After the Offer period is elapsed, You will be charged the standard price monthly as listed in C.3.c and C.3.d as applicable for Home pack with Internet Giga, or Home Pack with Giga Internet and TV. For the sake of clarity, You will benefit from the monthly rate of C.3.c only if the 24 month subscription of Your Bundled Plan has not expired (this is explained in clauses, F.1, F.2 and F.3 in the Bundled Plan terms and conditions). In the event that the term of the 24 month subscription of Your Bundled Plan has expired, following the lapse of the Offer period the monthly fee stated in in C.3.d would be applicable.
3.Other Offer Information:
a. If You are a new subscriber, the Offer applies if You install all the Services listed in the Bundled Plan within thirty (30) days from the date when Your Application Form is accepted by Us.
b. If You are an existing subscriber to the Bundled Plan the Offer starts from the moment You subscribe to the Offer.
c. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
d. The Offer is available until 31st May 2022.
e. If at the time of subscribing to this Offer You were already subscribed to a the Bundled Plan on a 24 month subscription and at such time You did not sign-up to a new 24 month subscription, by subscribing to this Offer the expiry date of Your current 24 month subscription to the Bundled Plan will not change and shall remain as stated in Your Bundled Plan agreement.
4. You may be required to pay additional charges if You opt for specific billing or payment methods. Further details are available in the Schedule of Charges.
E. Other Important Terms
1. This Offer is optional and You may stop this Offer at any time.
2. In the event that You terminate Your Bundled Plan, You acknowledge and agree that You will no longer be eligible for this Offer and it will automatically cease.
3. If activated upon Your instructions, it is subject to the terms of clauses E.4 to E.7 below.
4. If after the expiry of the Offer period You do not wish to continue to remain subscribed to Home Pack with Internet Giga or Home Pack with Giga Internet & TV, You should contact Us prior to the expiry of this Offer term to change Your Internet Service to Home Pack Turbo or Home Pack Super.
5. If You do not inform Us of Your intention to change Your Internet Service to Home Pack Turbo or Home Pack Super before the expiry of the Offer period, then the standard price stipulated in Clause C.3.c or C.3.d as applicable will be charged to the bill of Your Bundled Plan.
6. If You are already an existing customer subscribed to the Bundled Plan on the 24 Month Price Guarantee option and this expires during the Offer period, You will have the right to sign-up again to a new 24 Month subscription on Your Bundled plan and continue to benefit from the monthly rate listed in C.3.a and C.3.c as applicable.
7. If You are subscribed to the Bundled Plan on the 24 Month subscription option and You chose that following the expiry of the offer period You remain subscribed to Home Pack with Internet Giga or Home Pack with Giga Internet & TV as per charge listed in C.3.c , You will continue to retain the right to change Your Internet Service to Home Pack Turbo or Home Pack Super all throughout the current 24 month term. Should you decide to change Your internet service options from Giga to any one of the other options as specified in the Bundle terms and conditions, all GO Smart Wi-Fi equipment must be returned in good working condition. Should the equipment not be returned, You will be charged the monthly fees as specified in the Smart Wi-Fi terms and conditions.
