A. Your Agreement

1. These terms and conditions are for an Offer and should be read in conjunction with the Freedom Plan Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions, and any other applicable terms and conditions. In any conflict between any terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
2. These terms and conditions form an integral part of Your Agreement for the provision of the Service with Us. We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend, or otherwise alter this Offer, the applicable charges, and any benefits derived through it, as well as these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to stop any benefit resulting from deliberate abuse and/or misuse of this Offer. Unless otherwise stated, this will not affect the rest of Your Agreement with Us.

B. The Offer

1. The Offer consists of the first 3 months of Unlimited data on any of the Freedom Plans (‘Offer’), and shall be made available to You when signing up online for a new twenty-four-month term on any of the Freedom Plan products during the Offer period.
2. This Offer is provided by GO p.l.c. (‘GO’).
3. This Offer is regulated by its terms and conditions. By subscribing to this Offer, You agree to all the terms and conditions in the Agreement. If You do not agree with any of these terms, You should not subscribe or take up this Offer.

C. Explanation of the Offer

1. You may benefit from this Offer from the 18th of August till the 18th of September 2023.
2. Unless otherwise stated, the prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of Excise Tax. A further €1 discount is applied when paying via Direct Debit.
3. You may benefit from the Offer only if You satisfy the conditions laid out below:
   i. You sign up from Our website www.go.com.mt, for any of the products listed in clause B.1 during the Offer period stated in Clause C.1; or
   ii. You are a new customer, an existing customer on a different tariff migrating onto the Freedom Plan: Unlimited Data or an existing customer signing up online for another 24-month agreement of Freedom Plan: Unlimited Data; and
   iii. You are a Residential customer; and
   iv. The service You subscribed to must be activated within one month. If You are currently bound by a contract from other operators, You may still be able to redeem the Offer upon joining GO as long as You submit your order through Our website, www.go.com.mt, subject to clause C.3. You will receive the Offer as a one-time credit on Your account amounting to €32.97.
4. If any of the eligible products are not available at the time of Offer redemption, You will be offered the closest alternative.
5. If You terminate Your Agreement with GO during the twenty-four month period, the Offer shall no longer apply, and the cost of the three free months (the Offer) shall become immediately payable by You.
6. You can opt to buy additional add-ons or products in conjunction with the Freedom Plan, but the 3-month free Offer applies only to the Freedom Plan: Unlimited data value of €32.97.
7. After the free 3 months, the regular or discounted charges of the chosen Freedom plan and any additional add-ons or products will apply unless You decide to cancel or change the plan as per GO’s terms and conditions.
