When you order a Mix & Match Home Pack, you have the option to get connected right away thanks to the Smart Hub 4.5G modem. This can take place before your appointment with one of our technicians who will come to visit you to install your fixed internet service.
You can collect your Smart Hub from one of our outlets or you may opt for free, optional express delivery and have the modem delivered to your door in just a few hours.
If instead, you have opted for our Plug’n’GO internet, all you need to do is just plug in the modem yourself the minute it’s delivered to your home and you’re good to go.
Ordering the products you want online is the ideal solution if you would like to avoid lengthy queues at our retail outlets and get what you need from the comfort of your home.
Once you’ve browsed through the website and located the product you would like to purchase, typically there will be button urging you to either Submit or Order now. When you click on this button, you will be directed to an order form where you will need to fill in all the necessary details. After you’ve clicked on the ‘Submit’ button, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to finalise the order and get you up and running.
