If you are 27 years or younger, you can switch to the Play plan with one tap. All you need to do is:

1. Link your mobile service to the GO app
2. Go to ‘Manage service’ and tap on the ‘Switch Plan’ button
3. Tap on the ‘Switch to Play plan’ button
4. You will receive a notification when the new plan is activated
