What do I do if I move house?

If you’re moving to a new home, there are two ways to ensure you stay connected – either take your current service with you or sign up for a new one.

Moving Your Service: If you’d like to bring your service along to your new place, it’s super simple. Just complete this form, and we’ll take care of everything for you. If you prefer a personal touch, pop into one of our retail outlets with your ID, and let us know the new service details. Our helpful team will arrange for a technician to come and set up the service at your new home.

If you have not relocated your service in the last calendar year, we can move your service free of charge as long as you sign up for a new 24-month agreement. But don’t worry if you have, we have two options for you.

A: Get a new 2-year deal, only pay €50 for total installation (voice/internet & TV). When moving from a copper area to a fibre area, this is your go-to choice.
B: Keep your current agreement and pay €75 charge to install your landline and internet service, and €30 for your television installation.

Getting a Brand New Service: If you’re excited to start fresh with a new service, it’s a breeze. Just pick the package that suits you – whether it’s internet only or our fantastic internet and TV Home Pack combo – and fill out the form.

Saying Goodbye to the Old: If you’re saying goodbye to your old place, don’t forget to let us know. Swing by one of our retail outlets with your ID and the equipment we provided you (like your modem or TV set-top box), and we’ll make sure everything’s sorted. Otherwise, you will still get billed for a service you’re not using.
