- Is the line noisy on one or multiple telephone sets? If you only have one telephone set connected, try connecting a different set to confirm whether the issue is coming from the set itself.
- If you have multiple telephone sets connected, confirm that the noisy line is not happening on all sets.
- If you have a cordless telephone set, make sure that the base is switched on from the electricity socket and connected to the GO telephone socket.
