The cooling-off period gives you the right to change your mind within 14 days of purchasing a product or service online. It’s designed to give you some breathing space to decide if what you’ve signed up for is truly right for you. This mainly applies when you’re subscribing to a 24-month Home Pack or Freedom mobile plan, however, it’s important to know that the cooling-off period doesn’t cover everything. In fact, it does not apply to top-ups, bundles and any of our TV streaming services purchased via the GO app or MyGO. Why? Because these are delivered instantly and can be used straight away, so they’re considered non-refundable.
