I am getting an error when creating a new MyGO password. What can I do?

If you’re having trouble creating a new password even though you’re following all the necessary requirements, don’t worry, we’re here to help.

1. Make sure you have at least one lowercase
2. Use at least one upper case
3. Enter at least one number
4. Consider having at least one symbol like $, # and others
5. Your password should be a minimum of 8 characters

Bear in mind that your password will not be accepted if it:
– includes part of your MyGO username
– has part of the email you use to log into MyGO
– matches any of the last 10 passwords
