Why do I not see my accounts when I linked my mobile number?

When you link only your mobile number, you will only have the rights to manage services for that mobile number, such as your bundle balances and details.

To see your accounts, use the wizard which will appear upon clicking the ‘Link GO accounts’ button in MyGO. To link an account to MyGO you will need to prove that you have access to specific pieces of information such as the e-billing email address, the ID that you provided upon signing your contract and/or your bills and account numbers. The fastest way to link your accounts is to set up MyGO with the same email address as your e-billing email address.
