1. General

a. The GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan is being purchased by You from GO p.l.c. in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions.

b. It is Your sole responsibility to read carefully and understand the following Terms and Conditions and all the terms and conditions pertaining to the Eligible Bundled Plan which You are   subscribed to, including the General Terms and Conditions.

c. The GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan is available for a limited period of time and We may discontinue it at Our discretion.

2. Definitions

a. Unless stated otherwise or clearly evident from the context, all definitions contained in the General Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning here and the GO TV Easy Buy shall be included in the definition of ‘Service’ under such General Terms and Conditions.

b. ‘Activation fee’ is a one-time fee that You would need to pay in order to subscribe for the GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan. This applies for both new and existing GO Easy Buy customers.

c. ‘Eligible Bundled Plan’ means a Home Pack Plan described as being compatible with the GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan on Our website at www.go.com.mt/mix-match and the relevant terms and conditions.

d. ‘Equipment’ means any piece of equipment, cables, wiring and/or other instruments that We may need to provide, lease and/or approve for the installation and/or connection to Our Network.

e. ‘GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan’ is the plan by which You are purchasing, upon signing the Order Form, a GO TV Easy Buy Coupon for a television set, by means of Monthly Payments made by  You for the Term and subject to these Terms and Conditions which form part of Your Agreement.

f. ‘GO TV Easy Buy Coupon’ refers to the value which can be redeemed for a television set and its total value will be paid by You by the end of Agreement term in terms of monthly payments.

g. ‘GO TV Easy Buy Partners’ refers to all suppliers as listed on Our website who are authorised to sell television sets against the GO TV Easy Buy Coupon.

h. ‘Monthly Payment’ means each scheduled Monthly Payment as stated on the Order Form which shall be paid by You to Us for the duration of the Term as a means of gradual payment for the GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan. The amount due monthly depends on the Monthly Plan You subscribe to.

i. ‘Order Form’ is the application form, signed by You, in which You request the GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan and identify Your Monthly Payments.

j. ‘Term’ means the term of this Agreement which commences on the date Your Order Form is signed by You until the GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan is paid for in full.  Subject to clause 7, the normal and intended duration of this Agreement shall be of twenty-four (24) months.

k. ‘Try and Buy’ is a period of thirty (30) days, whereby during this period You can decide to stop the agreement without incurring the related Bundle Early Termination Fees.

l. ‘TV Pass’ refers to the’ Entertainment, Sports, and/or Movies and Series TV add-ons.

3. Terms

a. In order to apply for GO TV Easy Buy, a one-time activation fee of €25 applies.

b. You shall benefit from a special offer, whereby We will waive off the one-time activation fee if You opt not to take a GO Interactive TV box and/or Chromecast when subscribing to the Eligible Bundled Plan. If You are an existing TV customer and would like to benefit from this special offer You would need to return the GO Interactive TV box and/or Chromecast in good working condition with its accessories and original packaging.

c. Should You opt for the special offer mentioned in clause 3b and then request to benefit from a free GO Interactive TV box and/or Chromecast, You would need to pay the one-time activation fee that was granted to You for free through the special offer.

d. In the event that the television set chosen is of a higher value than that of the GO TV Easy Buy Coupon, You would need to pay the difference amount directly to the selected GO TV Easy Buy Partner.

e. In the event that the television set chosen is of a lower value than that of the GO TV Easy Buy Coupon, You would still need to pay the total amount of the GO TV Easy Buy Coupon in full.

f.  The warranty of the purchased television set will be provided to You by the selected GO TV Easy Buy Partner.

g. Delivery, installation of the television set and after sales service including faults will be the sole responsibility of Our GO TV Easy Buy Partners and additional fees may apply.

h. You are entitled to one (1) GO free installation visit to install your television service. Should you require additional visits charges apply.

i.  You will still be responsible to pay all remaining Monthly Payments for the Term if the television set develops a fault at any time during the Term.

j.   You will not be able to change the Monthly Payments and the GO TV Easy Buy Coupon value which You opt for once Your Order Form has been signed.

k.  These terms and conditions also apply if You are benefitting from any type of discount on your Eligible Bundled Plan.

4. GO TV Easy Buy Coupon

a. The GO TV Easy Buy Coupon is unique and can be redeemed only once from any of Our GO TV Easy Buy Partners upon presentation of an official identification document.

b. The GO TV Easy Buy Coupon is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

c. The GO TV Easy Buy Coupon can be redeemed as per expiry dated stated on the GO Easy Buy Coupon itself.

d. The GO TV Easy Buy Coupon will be sent to You on the provided email address once Your Home Pack is put into service.

e. The GO TV Easy Buy Coupon can be redeemed on certain television brands/models.

f.  Unless otherwise stated, the GO TV Easy Buy Coupon cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any ongoing offer/s that the GO TV Easy Buy partner has available at the time.

5. Eligibility

a. You may only apply for GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan if You are 18 years or over and have proof of identity (Identity Card, Residence Card or Driving License issued in Malta).  We may also ask You to provide documentation to prove you are in full-time employment.

b. You can apply for GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan when you subscribe to Home Pack Internet and TV Bundle on a twenty-four (24) month price guarantee and commit to subscribe to at least one (1) TV Pass for twenty-four (24) months.

c. Only one (1) GO TV Easy Buy Coupon can be issued per Eligible Bundled Plan and per Customer.

d. A credit check may be conducted by Us prior to signing the Order Form.

e. We reserve the right to refuse your Application if We consider that You are not a suitable applicant for reasons such as Your credit status or history.

f. We reserve the right to carry out further credit checks and other related checks during the Term in order to safeguard Our interests and ensure that You remain eligible for GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan throughout the Term.  Should we have reasonable cause to believe that You are no longer credit worthy, We reserve the right to terminate the Agreement.

6. Payment

a. You accept that the bill on which Your Eligible Bundled Plan and GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan are invoiced shall be paid by direct debit for the Term.

b. The GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan shall be paid in twenty-four (24) equal Monthly Payments as stated in Your Application.  Each Monthly Payment shall appear and be charged on the same bill as Your Eligible Bundled Plan until any outstanding balance for the GO Easy Buy Plan is paid for in full.

c. Subject to Your regular payments, the Monthly Payments are tax free.

d. You may be requested to pay up to 3 Monthly Payments in advance depending on factors such as your credit rating status and history and whether You are already a GO Customer.

e. You can choose to pay off the GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan total remaining balance at any time without incurring any penalties.

f. Unless otherwise indicated by Us within Our sole and exclusive discretion, any termination under clause 7.b.ii, 7.b.iii and 8.a shall require You to pay the outstanding balance for the GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan in full upon notification of termination by You or by Us and You bind yourself to pay such outstanding balance in full.  You should also read the applicable terms and conditions for Your Eligible Bundled Plan as early termination fees and other charges or penalties may also apply if Your Eligible Bundled Plan is also terminated.

7. Duration

a. The Term shall commence on the same date or up to thirty (30) days later than Your Bundled Plan.  If You are already on an Eligible Bundled Plan, You may need to sign a new agreement with Us in order to benefit from GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan.

b. These Terms and Conditions shall apply for twenty-four (24) months unless:

i. You pay any outstanding balance for the GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan in full prior to the end of the Term;

ii. The Agreement is terminated by You for whatever reason or by Us if You breach any of Your obligations under all applicable terms and conditions including the General Terms and Conditions and all terms and conditions relating to Your Eligible Bundled Plan; or

iii. The Eligible Bundled Plan is terminated by You or by Us before the expiration of the GO TV Easy Buy Repayment Plan. This also applies if You terminate Your Agreement of the Eligible Bundled Plan during the Try and Buy period or Cooling-off period.

8. Suspension and Termination

a. Apart from instructions by You to terminate the Agreement or Your Eligible Bundled Plan, You understand that the following circumstances shall also automatically bring about the termination by You of this Agreement and that clause 6.f shall immediately apply:

i.   a request for change of ownership of Your Eligible Bundled Plan;

ii.   a request to downgrade Your service or move to an ineligible Bundled Plan; or

iii.  a request to alter Your Order Form in any way.

b. This Agreement may be suspended or terminated by Us in accordance with all applicable terms and conditions including clause 5.f of this Agreement.

c. We reserve the right to pass on any liability arising out of this Agreement to third parties, including international debt collection agencies, without prior notice to You.

d. We may suspend, restrict or terminate this Agreement and Your Bundled Plan in the event of any persistent late or non-payment of Your Monthly Payments. Late payment charges and/or interest fees to the maximum allowable at law and/or any other punitive and/or applicable charges for late or non-payment may also apply.
