iPhone 13 Offer

  1. This Offer is owned and operated by GO p.l.c. (‘GO’).
  2. This Offer is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing one of these iPhone models, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not purchase any such phone model as listed in the 3rd bullet point hereunder.
  3. The Offer shall only be given with the purchase of iPhone 13, 13 PRO & 13 PRO MAX when such purchase is made at GO outlets and/or GO exclusive resellers.
  4. The Offer shall run between 1st June 2022 and 17th July 2022, both dates included (the ‘Applicable Period’).
  5. GO reserves the right stop offer earlier.
  6. The offer is open only for GO Smart Plus & GO Pay Monthly customers (the ‘Customer’).
  7. With purchases of iPhone 13, 13 PRO & 13 PRO MAX within the ‘Applicable Period’, a set of free Apple AirPods (2nd generation) will also be given.
  8. The Apple AirPods (2nd generation) are not exchangeable for any other goods or services and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.  GO reserves the right to stop any benefit resulting from any known or suspected abuse and/or misuse of this Pre-Order and/or non-observance of these Terms and Conditions.
  9. GO processes and retains personal data in line with the applicable data protection and retention legislation in force in Malta. By participating in this offer, the Customer is granting GO consent to be contacted for any reason in connection with the offer.
  10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GO will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury and/or loss of life as a result of the purchase of the phone from a GO outlet.
  11. This offer and all matters relating to it shall be governed, construed and take effect in accordance with the laws of Malta, without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws, and the Courts in Malta shall be vested with the exclusive competence and jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising therefrom.
  12. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language and the English text shall be regarded as the authoritative text. If these terms and conditions are translated into any other language, any ambiguity or disagreement that may arise shall be resolved by reference to the English text.
