1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the discount offer (the “Discount”) provided by Klikk Ltd and GO to eligible GO customers on all physical products available at Klikk retail stores in Birkirkara and Zejtun and all GO retail outlets. By making use of this Discount, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Discount is exclusively available to customers subscribed to eligible GO mobile or fixed plans as determined and communicated by GO from time to time.

2.2. To redeem the Discount, customers must present a valid proof of eligibility, as communicated by GO, at the time of purchase.

2.3. The Discount applies to both cash and card payments at Klikk and GO stores.

2.4. The discount does not apply for monthly instalment purchases via GO’s Easy Buy

3. Offer Details

3.1. Eligible customers will receive 10% off all physical products at Klikk and GO stores.

3.2. The Discount cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, offers, or discounts.

3.3. If you terminate your eligible GO plan, you will no longer be entitled to this Discount.

4. Redemption & Availability

4.1. The Discount is available on stock items only and is subject to product availability.

4.2. Klikk Ltd and GO reserves the right to exclude certain items from the promotion.

4.3. Klikk Ltd and GO reserves the right to limit the number of discounted purchases per customer to ensure fair distribution of the Offer.

4.4. The discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. General Terms

5.1. Klikk Ltd and GO reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2. In the event of any dispute, Klikk Ltd’s and GO’s decision shall be final, failing which recourse can be made to the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority on 2395 2000 or [email protected].

5.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malta, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
