That said, there are a couple of things to keep in mind:

• If you benefited from our 6 months free offer on GIGA or 3 months free offer on Super, you won’t be able to downgrade your speed during the contract period without incurring penalty charges.
• You can switch your speed multiple times during your contract, but you’re limited to one speed change (either an upgrade or a downgrade) every 3 months.
