How can I add or change my MyGO contact details?

When changing your MyGO contact details, you only have the option to change:
– Your contact number
Your MyGO password

If you would like to to change your email address, we’ll need to delete your MyGO account so that you can create a new one using your preferred email.

To change your contact number follow these steps:
1. Log into MyGO
2. Click on “Settings” from the top menu
3. Click on “MyGO account settings” from the left-hand menu
4. Click on “Change number”
5. Enter your preferred mobile number
6. You will receive an SMS with a verification code. Enter the verification code and click on “Confirm”
