How can I stop a recurring bundle online?

You can stop your recurring bundle through both MyGO and the GO app.

MyGO

  • Click on ‘Manage service’ next to your mobile number on the Home screen
  • Scroll down and find the bundle you wish to stop
  • Click on the ‘Stop’ button next to the bundle

GO app

  • Click on ‘Manage service’ next to your mobile number on the Home screen
  • Scroll down and find the bundle you wish to stop
  • Click on the ‘Stop’ button next to the bundle
  • Click on ‘Deactivate now’

If you stop a recurring bundle, the bundles you previously purchased will still remain valid until the expiry date, however it will not automatically renew until you re-purchase the bundle.
