How do I set up my internet connection?

You might need to set up your internet connection again if, for instance, you had to disconnect your equipment for some DIY work at home. Reconnecting your fixed home internet is straightforward. Just follow these steps:

  1. Clip one side of the RJ11 (the grey cable provided by GO) into the port at the back of your modem, marked as “DSL
  2. Clip the other side of the RJ11 cable into the telephone socket port marked also as “DSL“.

If you are connecting to the internet using the Plug’n’GO modem, just switch on your modem, wait until all lights are on and then enter the Wi-Fi password into your device.
