There are two reasons why your GO app or MyGO Home tab is empty. Some of the most common ones include:
- You do not have any mobile services or billing accounts linked. If this is the case, you can link your mobile service or your billing accounts so that you can begin making use of the GO app features.
- You only have a billing account linked, for instance for the landline, internet or television and you have no pending bills. In this case, you can either link your mobile service or use the other MyGO or GO app features related to your landline, internet or TV.
