1. General

The Offer, as described below, is owned and operated by GO p.l.c. (“GO”) in collaboration with Malta Premier League.

Access to and participation in the Offer are strictly subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Offer, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full and without modification.

If You do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, to the Terms and Conditions of the Discount Card (clause 6) or to the processing of Your personal data as described in clause 7, You should refrain from participating.

2. The Offer

The Offer comprises of a 20% discount card on Malta Premier League 2025-2026 for match tickets only (the ‘Discount Card’).  A total of 15,000 Discount Cards are available.  No further Discount Cards shall be issued.  No matches beyond the 2025-2026 season shall qualify for discounts under this Offer.  Allocation of Discount Cards shall operate strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to clause 4 on Eligibility.

3. Offer Period

The Offer shall be available from the date of publication and shall remain open until 31st January 2026, or until all discount cards available under the Offer have been allocated, whichever occurs first.

4. Eligibility

The Offer is available exclusively to GO Customers who, both on the date of participation and on the date of redeeming the discount, are the account holders of an active GO TV Sports Pass and/or Freedom Plus subscribers (“Eligible Customers”).

5. Method of Participation

To participate, the official online form issued by GO must be submitted. As part of this process, customers will be required to provide their Name, Surname, ID Card Number, Email Address, GO Account Number, and Mobile Number to verify their eligibility. Submission of the form does not guarantee entitlement to a Discount Card and is subject to eligibility and availability. GO shall not consider any late, incomplete, or invalid submissions.

6. Discount Card Processing, Collection, and Use

For the purposes of redeeming the Offer, a physical Discount Card shall be issued in collaboration with Malta Premier League on the basis of the information submitted by You.

All Discount Cards shall be issued within 5 days from the form submission.  You should allow sufficient time for processing. Once the Discount Card is ready for collection, You will receive an SMS notification on the same mobile number provided in the official online form.

It is Your responsibility to collect the Discount Card. The Discount Card must be collected in person by You from the VIP Area at Ta’ Qali Football Ground, upon presentation of a valid ID Card.  No Discount Card shall be released without proof of identity.  No Discount Card shall be sent by post.

Neither GO nor Malta Premier League shall be liable to You or to any third parties for any inconvenience or delay caused as a result of failed attempts to collect the Discount Card prior to this timeframe, or from any delay caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control.  GO shall not be responsible to replace or replicate any lost or stolen Discount Card once collected from the Malta Premier League.

The Discount Card shall be regulated by its own Terms and Conditions which are issued and managed by the Malta Premier League and are available here.

7. Data Protection and Consent to Data Sharing

All personal data submitted in connection with this Offer shall be processed in accordance with applicable Maltese data protection legislation and GO’s Privacy Policy. GO shall retain such personal data strictly for the purpose of verifying eligibility for a maximum period of seven days after which it shall automatically be deleted. If eligibility is confirmed, personal data shall be shared with Malta Premier League and other authorised partners solely for administering the Offer and issuing the Discount Card.  By accepting these Terms and Conditions and submitting the required form, You expressly agree and consent to GO sharing Your personal data with Malta Premier League, strictly for the purpose of administering the Offer, issuing the Discount Card and administering and managing the Discount Card.

8. Non-Transferability

The Offer, the Discount Card and any benefit derived therefrom may not be transferred, sold, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any alternative benefit. Any attempt to misuse, falsify, or transfer the Discount Card or discount may result in automatic disqualification from the Offer.

9. Liability

GO accepts no responsibility for match postponements, cancellations, venue changes, sold-out fixtures, or any other circumstances outside GO’s control. Participation in the Offer and attendance at Malta Premier League events are undertaken entirely at Your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GO shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense suffered by You arising directly or indirectly from the Offer, the discounted tickets, the Discount Card, or Your attendance at any Malta Premier League event.

11. Amendments and Termination

GO reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Offer or these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice where such action becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond GO’s reasonable control or where required to ensure compliance with applicable laws or regulations. Any changes shall be communicated through GO’s official channels and in accordance with its legal obligations.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Offer shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese Courts.

13. Authoritative Language

These Terms and Conditions have been drafted in English, which shall be deemed the authoritative version. In the event of any translation, any ambiguity or discrepancy shall be resolved by reference to the English text.
