You can top up any GO mobile prepaid number either from the main GO website, from MyGO or from the GO app. Alternatively, you can set up Auto Top-up from the GO app, meaning that you can set your top-up preferences once and the top-up will recur automatically according to your selected criteria. In this manner, you will never have to worry about your balance running low, while you’ll also benefit from extra data on your Smart, Dis or Double Dat plan when activating Auto Top-Up.

MyGO

Once you log into MyGO, if you have a prepaid GO mobile number linked you will find an orange card on the main page with your number’s remaining balance, together with an option to top up. When you click on the “Top up now” button, a pop-up will appear where you can choose the amount of top up you wish to perform.

Alternatively, you can top up from “Bills and Payments” in the top menu.

1. Click on Top-up History

2. Click on the “Top up now” button

3. A new pop-up will appear, where you choose the amount of top up you wish to perform.

4. Once you select the amount, a pop-up will appear where you have to put in your banking card details. If you have a saved card, all you need to do is carry on with the top-up by clicking on the “Continue” button

5. A confirmation page will appear with all of the details you inputted. If these are correct, click on the “Pay now” button

GO app
