What happens if I delete the Direct Debit Mandate?
If you delete your Direct Debit details from your billing account, you will need to pay your bills manually. In addition, you’ll no longer from the discount that comes with it.
Other methods of payment include:
- The GO app using your credit or debit card
- MyGO using your credit or debit card
- Our website using your credit or debit card
- Internet banking through your bank
- Visiting one of our outlets
- Sending a cheque by post
If you have deleted your Direct Debit details after the 2nd half of the month, the bill might still be paid via Direct Debit Mandate.
