Why am I unable to remove Direct Debit?

One reason why you may be unable to remove your Direct Debit through MyGO is because your account may be linked to an EasyBuy package. Direct Debit is mandatory with EasyBuy and this is why the system will not allow you to remove it.

If you would like to change your Direct Debit details for this particular account, follow these steps:

    • Logging into your MyGO account
    • Go to the Settings tab and click on Manage Billing Account
    • Select your billing account
    • Click on the Edit button, which is the pencil icon next to “SEPA Details”
    • Enter the new Direct Debit details
    • Save
