So you’ve chosen your new home, you’ve planned everything from A to Z and you’re about to move in- but then you remember that you haven’t planned out your home internet and TV yet! You open your laptop or check online, ask a few friends and choose to go with GO. So where do you begin?
The first thing you need to decide is whether you’d just like an internet plan or a package which includes combined internet, TV and possibly even a mobile plan. If you decide to just go with just an internet plan, and you’re moving into a beautiful house of character, we suggest you also opt for our Smart Wi-Fi pods to reach the farthest corners of your home.
If you want to opt for combining your internet & TV into one, you can check out our Mix & Match Home Pack. By simply visiting our page and inserting your postcode, you’ll be presented with all the internet options based on your needs. You can then choose how many screens you’d like GO TV on. You can watch GO TV anywhere on any device (mobile, tablet, laptop, TV). For example if you have one TV in the kitchen and a tablet you watch TV on in the bedroom, you should opt for 2 screens. With those 2 screens, you can then choose which TV Pass you want so you can add them to your TV plan. We’ve got 3 passes in total; a Movies & Series TV Pass which grants you access to hundreds of hours of all your favourite films and series which you can watch any time you want for a fixed monthly charge rather than paying per movie or episode, a Sports TV Pass where you can watch all the very best in Live sports such as UEFA Champions League, English Premier League, Italian Serie A and more, and the Entertainment TV Pass which includes TV channels such as E! Entertainment, TLC, Food Network, MTV & so on.
Need a new TV? With our Easy Buy TV scheme you can buy a TV in monthly installments which is helpful since you’ve incurred a lot of costs with moving house lately. If you already have a TV but it is not a Smart Android TV, no problem! You can buy a Chromecast device. Other than that, if you’d like to have a landline, we also suggest that you buy a telephone set beforehand so we can set it up once we’re finished setting up your internet and TV. We recommend that you apply for a home pack or internet plan online at least a week before moving in so that you don’t have to worry about anything.
Once you submit the form, we’ll then call you back within a few days to confirm the date and time of your appointment. Once our technicians visit your new home (wearing covid-safe gear of course), they’ll help you set up everything.
