5. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, get back to us during the first 30 days and you’ll get a full refund. It’s that simple!
How can I find my postcode?
To find your postcode, you can use the free service which is provided by MaltaPost on their website. In the rare case that your postcode is in the MaltaPost database but isn't recognised by our speed checker, please fill out our Service Feasbility form to request an update to our database.
What is the Home Pack Community?
The Home Pack mobile community is available to our Home Pack customers subscribed to our Play, Smart, Smart+ and Freedom Plans. Once activated, the community gives each member free unlimited calls to fellow community members as well as the Home Pack landline number. The free unlimited minutes towards the community are applicable while in Malta only.
How do I get Data Boom?
Data Boom is a feature of all GO Smart, Smart Plus, Freedom mobile plans and Play plan add-on bundles which automatically gives double the standard data tariff for anyone part of a Home Pack Community. You don't need to be the owner of a Home Pack to benefit as long as you are added as a Community member.
All Freedom Plans ordered before the end of March 2020 will get Data Boom included for their whole 24-month contract, even if you aren’t in a Home Pack Community!
What are the steps to order online?
When you've picked the product you want, click on the 'Order' button and you'll be taken to an form where you can fill out all the information we need to process your order. After we receive your form, one of our representatives will call to confirm your details and finalise your order.
Are there any installation charges?
If you choose a 24-month contract for your Home Pack, we will cover the installation charges for your landline/internet line, and all charges on up to 2 TV boxes.
If your Home Pack is on a monthly basis, there is a €75 charge for landline/internet line installation, and a €60 charge for the installation of your first Interactive TV box - any additional boxes are installed at a charge of €30 each. Additionally, there is a €70 lease charge on each Interactive TV box taken.
Can I get any Football Club Channels?
Yes, the Club Channels are available for an extra cost of €1.99 monthly. They are available under a separate TV Pass and include the following channels: MUTV, MUTV HD, LFC TV and LFC TV HD
