FAQs

What does my bill include?

You should receive your bill once a month which will include:

  • The service’s account number, bill issue date and due date
  • The rental fee of the current month for your subscribed service/s
  • The usage fees (charges fees based on the service utilisation over and above the assigned bundles)
  • Other applicable charges from the previous month such as technician visit fees, one-time charges etc

This depends on the package to which you are subscribed for. You can access your bill by logging into MyGO or the GO app. If you do not have an active account yet, check out this How To video or follow the step-by-step guide.

What is e-billing?

Rather than receiving your bill by post, you can choose e-billing, which lets you view your bills online, wherever you are in the world, as long as you have an internet connection.

What is Direct Debit?

Direct Debit (DDM) is a super easy and safe method of payment, which authorises GO to automatically collect payment in settlement of your bill, directly from your bank using a SEPA account, according to your monthly plan. This means you do not have to visit one of our outlets, or think about paying online. It’s completely hassle free. Worried about not having control? Don’t be. You will still have every means possible to see which services are linked to your DDM and modify or cancel at any time. Here is how to set up your DDM in a few simple steps.
