Why can’t I see my accounts after linking my mobile number?

When you link your mobile number, you’ll be able to manage services for that specific number, like checking your balance and bundle details.

If you want to view all your accounts, click the ‘Link GO accounts’ button in MyGO or the GO app and follow the steps that are shown on the screen. To link an account, you’ll need to provide some information such as your e-billing email address, the ID you used when signing your contract, and your account and bill numbers.

To make the linking process even faster, you can use the same email address for MyGO or the GO app as your e-billing email address.
